Creators should be able to identify and raise concerns about how their work appears on golfhitgame.io. This page explains what to send when requesting removal of material or review of a previous decision.

Prepare a Copyright Notice

  • Identification of the protected work and the specific material or link you want reviewed.
  • Enough location information to find that material, together with contact details for a reply.
  • A statement of good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the owner.

What Happens to a Report

We may request missing location or ownership details before completing a review. Where appropriate, we may remove an item or disable access through the site. Details relevant to a claim may be passed to the party responsible for the submission. Repeated infringement can lead to restrictions on submissions or access.

Ask Us to Reconsider a Removal

If you believe material was removed by mistake, identify what was removed and its former location, explain your basis for using it, and include your contact information. A formal DMCA counter-notice has additional requirements, including a signature, a sworn statement about mistake or misidentification, and consent to the applicable federal court’s jurisdiction and service of process. When Copyright Is Not the Issue

An incorrect creator credit, misleading description, trademark concern, or disclosure of personal information can also be reported. Describe the issue directly using the contact page; these concerns do not all require a copyright notice.
